AMT-FL250

The AMT-FL250 is a premium-grade hydraulic butt fusion welding machine, built to deliver exceptional performance and precision for welding large-diameter thermoplastic pipes. Designed for pipe sizes ranging from 90mm to 250mm, it is the ideal choice for high-capacity operations in sectors such as water supply, gas distribution, industrial fluid handling, and chemical processing.

Constructed with robust engineering, the AMT-FL250 is compatible with a wide range of materials, including PE (Polyethylene), PP (Polypropylene), and PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride). It features a powerful 2300W heating plate that can reach a maximum temperature of 270ºC, delivering fast and uniform heating for optimal fusion. The working temperature of 220ºC, maintained within a tight ±3ºC deviation, ensures consistently strong and reliable joints.

To achieve perfect pipe-end preparation, the machine is equipped with an 1100W chamfering tool, which ensures smooth, burr-free edges essential for seamless welding. Supporting this system is a 750W hydraulic station with a pressure adjustable range of 0–6.3 MPa, allowing operators to apply the precise pressure needed for every welding operation. This hydraulic control ensures accurate force application and joint integrity across varying pipe sizes and wall thicknesses.

The machine operates on a standard 220V power supply and, despite its heavy-duty capabilities, remains highly functional and stable, weighing approximately 155 KGS. Its sturdy build is designed to withstand rigorous site and workshop conditions while offering maximum efficiency and durability.
